Process Control from Floor to Finish
A fully implemented 5S program and ERP system support disciplined control across fabrication, assembly and finishing. Standardized work areas, defined material flow, work-order routing, scheduling, purchasing, inventory and production records are managed within a consistent operating framework, strengthening traceability, repeatability and execution across the shop floor.
Engineering Support
Engineering support is integrated directly into the manufacturing process, with QMF’s team working alongside customer engineers from design review through production. Using AutoCAD, SolidWorks and STP files, the team supports manufacturability, process development and production readiness, while remaining engaged on the floor to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in product quality, repeatability and manufacturing efficiency.
Measured for Accuracy and Repeatability
Advanced dimensional inspection capabilities, including CMM scanning and 2D laser scanning, support first-article inspection, in-process verification and final quality control. QMF uses these systems to validate critical tolerances, geometry and part conformity, strengthening inspection accuracy, traceability and repeatability across complex fabricated components and assemblies.
